No, not a kebab. They may have unknown ingredients and magical qualities (after a few pints) but I don't think they've evolved into sentient beings just yet.

What I mean is, when you die what will happen to your organs?

I'm one of those who always intended to sign up, get a donor card or whatever, but never actually got around to doing it. Because, in these busy lives of ours, it used to require making the effort of going somewhere and signing on a dotted line which we "don't have time" to do or keep putting it off or just forget about it.

Takes 30 seconds to sign up. Unless you believe the Egyptians we won't be needing them in the afterlife (if there is one) and there's no point in just letting them rot away. Granted, my liver will probably have taken a bit of abuse over the years, but hey.. if it's still functioning and I'm not using it any more there's no sense in it going to waste.
