Ooh, technical manuals

Standard day at work, reading up on the electrical systems for our new £2m offices and wasting time on t'internets.

Choice quote from the (very large) manual:

WARNING: Disabling an extinguishant interface outstation does not disable the outstation outputs. Hence the extinguishant agent could be released. However the disabling of the appropriate sectors would prevent outputs operating on fire. Sectors reserved for extinguishant applications can be manually operating using the control menu

Uh-huh.

In my rough Gibberish-to-English translation I think that means that unless we figure out how to disable sectors and what the heck an "extinguishant interface outstation" is, we might get a bit wet ;)

I require chips. Now.

Current mood: Hungry!
